CROSBY — Cody James Sullivan, age 27, of Crosby, died on Jan. 13, 2012, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born May 9, 1984 in Little Falls. Cody graduated from Crosby-Ironton High School, class of 2002. He was currently employed with Veit Construction and was a member of the Laborers Union Local 563. He was also a member of Cuyuna Range Chapter of Ducks Unlimited.

LITTLE FALLS — Marsha Tautges, a 54-year-old resident of Little Falls, died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012, surrounded by love and family, after a long painful illness recently diagnosed as cancer. A memorial service will be held at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls on Saturday, Jan. 21 at 10:30 a.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Maurine Vornbrock, (nee Chenevert) age 74 of Elk River, formerly of Forest Lake and Garrison, Minn., passed away on Jan. 11, 2012. She is preceded in death by her parents Maurice and Blanche Chenevert, brother William “Bill” Chenevert, sister Cheryl Chenevert, and aunt Leola Buchite.
She is survived by her loving husband Anthony; children Barry (Ernest Lewis), Palo Alto, Calif.; David (Beverly), Metairie, La.; Steven (Margery), Blaine, Minn.; and grandchildren Sean Vornbrock and Jessica Vornbrock, Elk River, Minn.

Robert F. Mose, age 56, resident of Brainerd, passed away on Jan. 11, 2012, at Good Samaritan Society-Bethany. Robert was born on June 22, 1955, to LeRoy and Joyce Mose. Attending school in Brainerd where he met his wife, Dolores Zugschwert. The couple married after high school and had two children. Robert went to college in Thief River Falls to become an aircraft mechanic. He also worked at local newspapers, floral shops and pizza parlors.

Dolores “June” Christofferson, 86, passed away on Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, at the Twin Cities Community Hospital in Templeton, Calif. June was born in Brainerd, Minn., on June 28, 1925, to Earl and Dolores (Hall) Bedal. She graduated from Washington High School in 1943.
Dolores is survived by her husband, Chris Christofferson; son, David Harding; daughter, Joanne (Dennis) Foster; two sisters, Joyce (Robert) Turcotte and Lois (Donald) Jensen; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Ione Malloy, age 74, resident of Brainerd, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012, at St. Cloud Hospital. Ione was born on Feb. 4, 1937, in Fort Ripley to Howard and Gladys (Nichols) Lightner. Ione was united in marriage to Tom Malloy on Aug. 13, 1954.
Survivors include her husband, Tom; children, Lori (Clayton) Caird, Jeff (Brenda) and Brad; her brother, Bud “Larry” (Margaret) Lightner; grandchildren, Clayton (Heather), Travis (Amanda), Scott (Julie), Tyler, Tiffany, Kelsy; great-grandchildren, Addyson, Esme, Carson, Mason Clayton, Sam, Linda and Makenzie.

PINE RIVER — Wilhelm Kopka, age 80, of Pine River, passed away on Jan. 12, 2012, at Good Samaritan Society, Pine River. He was born in East Prussia, Germany, on April 1, 1931. Wilhelm, along with his parents and siblings, immigrated to the United States in 1952.
Wilhelm will be missed by his wife, Gertraud; his five children, Hanna, Esther, Christa, Mark and Heidi; 10 grandchildren; his siblings, Gustav, Henry, Mia (Canada) and Ruth; and many other family and friends.
Memorials can be made out to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
