STAPLES — Georgia Hasselberg, age 86, of Staples, passed away at the Lakewood Health System Care Center, on Friday, April 15, 2011. A funeral service is planned for Wednesday, April 20, at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Staples, with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Belleville, Ill.

Lorraine Bowman, 87, of Brainerd, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2011, at Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Baxter.  

Memorial services will be at 3 p.m., Monday, April 18, 2011, at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Family and friends are welcome to gather one hour prior to services. A luncheon will follow at the Brenny reception room.

BAXTER — David R. Barrett, 75, of Baxter, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2011, at Good Samaritan Society-Woodland in Brainerd. Services for David will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 18, 2011, at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter with Mike Kneeland officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather one hour prior to services. The family requests that friends and neighbors join them for lunch following the service in Brenny’s Reception Room.
