Business owners and tenants in the Brainerd Main Street area are encouraged to learn more about a Main Street grant that funds architectural consultations for building façade improvements, Brainerd Main Street Coordinator Amy Gray Ellingson reported.
Architecture 1 was awarded the grant from the Minnesota Main Street program to provide their services at no charge to the businesses.
The services provided include one-on-one consultations designed to maximize the aesthetic elements of the building to attract customers, renderings of proposed enhancements, and cost estimates for phases of construction.
