HealthRight and Manganese

Taxing the sick? How about just charging the sick? What ever happened to this plan?

So did any mining of manganese ever take place in Cuyuna area in the last 30 years?

Crow Wing Power

built a facility, north of Emily, to mine manganese 2 years ago. Now I think it may be stalled, due to environmental proponents. I believe the Emily flap of a few weeks ago may be part of it.

Are you the

crooked council member, Teach? Don't be nasty, just because I forgot how to spell one word.
