Two new faces on Aitkin City Council
There will be two new faces on the Aitkin City Council. Cori Welshons and Trevor Betley won the two open city council seats. Welshons had 557 votes and Betley had 532. They beat out Randall Thompson who had 316 votes.
Aitkin Mayor Gary Tibbitts ran unopposed and had 851 votes.
