Carrie Ruud, a former state senator, filed Friday for the Senate District 10 seat. The Breezy Point woman will run as the Republican-endorsed candidate.
Also filing Friday were two candidates for the Aitkin County Soil and Water Conservation Board, Bob Janzen of Aitkin in District 4 and Franklin Turnock of McGregor in District 3.
