Crow Wing sheriff

ARRESTS — A 28-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man were arrested at 4:16 p.m. Wednesday on 12th Avenue Northeast in Brainerd after a search warrant was issued. The man was arrested for third-degree drug sale and the woman was arrested for misdemeanor theft.

A 67-year-old man was arrested at 6:33 a.m. Wednesday after a report of a vehicle in the ditch in Ironton. The man was locked in and did not wake up. The man was in physical control of the vehicle and it was running. He stated he had a hard time standing because he has bad legs. The man was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

ASSIST — Deputies were called at 11:28 p.m. Wednesday to assist the Mille Lacs Tribal Police with an assault on Megeezi Drive. There was a gunshot victim and several weapons were involved.

INFORMATION — A report at 5:53 p.m. Wednesday of a father threatening to kill sister.

THEFT — A report at 1:28 p.m. Wednesday of a theft from a yard on Brandon Way.

Brainerd police

INDECENT CONDUCT — A report at 1:11 a.m. Wednesday of a subject urinating in the alleyway on the 700 block of Laurel Street. The subject was cited for indecent conduct.

Baxter police

THEFT — A report at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday of a theft of an iPad from the 7000 block of Foley Road.

Morrison sheriff

THEFT — A report at 3:23 p.m. Tuesday of someone getting a Motley woman’s information and who opened four checking accounts in her name.

Morrison County, 213 First Ave. SE, reported Monday that the treasurer’s office received a $100 counterfeit bill.

HARASSMENT — A report Monday of two neighbors harassing each other. It was reported that the complainant’s neighbor threatened to kill him. Complainant owns two dogs that ran onto the neighbor’s property and by their caged rabbits. The neighbor told him to keep the dogs off his land or he would kill them. The complainant said in order to kill the dogs he would have to kill him first. The neighbor told him he would kill him first then. The complainant was advised that it was illegal to allow his dogs to run onto the neighbor’s land and that if they did chase him or his domesticated animals they could be killed. The complainant said he did understand this but took issue with him stating he would kill him. Officer told complainant that to avoid the whole problem it would be wise to keep the dogs off other people’s property.

ARREST — A 48-year-old man was arrested at 4:10 p.m. Dec. 13 during a traffic stop on Iris and 150th Avenue is Little Falls. He was arrested for driving after suspension and fleeing. Deputies also found two white methadone pills in his wallet.
