Crosby police

NOISE COMPLAINT — A report Dec. 2 of a loud music complaint on Third Avenue Northeast. The caller stated their neighbor plays their Christmas music very loud every morning and wakes them up. Officer made contact with the neighbor and advised them to keep “Jingle Bells” down a bit. The neighbor understood and stated they would keep it down.

FIRE — A report Saturday of a fire on Third Avenue Northeast. Crosby Fire Department responded and found some lit candles had caught plastic placed close to them and it caught on fire. No injuries and fire was extinguished.

THEFT — A report Thursday of a theft or burglary from a garage on Third Avenue Northwest. Items were located a few blocks away.

A report Dec. 2 of a theft from an individual in a building on East Main Street.

A report Dec. 2 of a theft of a bicycle from the area of First Avenue Northwest.

Crow Wing sheriff

PROWLER — A report at 11:27 p.m. Monday of a possible prowler on Highway 169 in Garrison.

FIRE — A report at 5:35 p.m. Monday of a shed that houses a boiler on fire on Crow Wing County Road 1 in Pine River.

THEFT — A report at 10:56 a.m. Monday of a theft of a phone on the 200 block of Laurel Street.

Brainerd police

ANIMAL — A report at 6:25 p.m. Monday of a subject throwing ice chunks at a stray cat on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street.

Breezy Point police

ARREST — An 18-year-old man was arrested at 6:58 p.m. Sunday on the 30000 block of First Street in Pequot Lakes for fourth-degree drug sale and fleeing a police officer.
