SUSPICIOUS — A report at 1:13 p.m. Friday of a male pulling up into parking lot at Good Neighbor Home Health Care, 14387 Edgewood Dr., who then walked along building and then took off into the woods. Officer located subject who stated he had left his bike in the woods because it couldn’t fit in his girlfriend’s car.
ARREST — A 21-year-old man was arrested for third-degree sale of a controlled substance, false name to a police officer and introducing contraband into a correctional facility during a traffic stop on the 15000 block of Edgewood Drive.
ANIMAL — A report at 3:35 p.m. Saturday that the complainant’s cat was shot with a .22 rifle on the 12000 block of Berrywood Drive.
ARRESTS — A 42-year-old man was arrested at 3:50 p.m. Sunday for criminal vehicle operation, third-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI), driving after revocation and open container in a vehicle following a hit and run with a vehicle and bicyclist on Norwood Street and 13th Street. The bicyclist was not injured.
A 45-year-old man was arrested at 4:54 p.m. Sunday for theft at the Last Turn Saloon, 214 S. Eighth St.
Assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with a DWI arrest at 1:54 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of South Sixth Street.
A 20-year-old man was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Sunday for fifth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and theft by shoplifting. The man fled on foot from the Holiday Station, 424 South Sixth St., before being arrested.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 2:37 a.m. Saturday after a traffic stop on Highway 210 and Highway 371 in Baxter for second-degree DWI, DWI with results of .08 within two hours and speeding.
THEFT — A report at 11:16 p.m. Sunday of a theft of a vehicle on the 700 block of Laurel Street.
A report at 3:18 p.m. Sunday of a theft of a purse from the 200 block of C Street.
A report at 1:07 p.m. Sunday of a flag stolen from the front yard of a residence on the 2200 block of Spruce Drive.
A report at 9:51 a.m. Saturday of a theft of a black and white checkered clutch on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.
INTOXICATED — A report at 3:31 p.m. Friday of an intoxicated female who came into the Discovery Woods school, 810 NW Seventh St., to pick up her child. The woman was advised that it was no acceptable behavior.

THEFT — A report at 9:15 p.m. Saturday of a theft of three gas cans full of gas taken from a truck on Nokay Lake Road in Deerwood.
A report at 4:11 p.m. Saturday of a theft of items from a travel trailer on South Lake Lawrence Road Northeast in Emily.
A report at 5:15 p.m. Friday of a theft of a generator on Crow Wing County Road 25 in Brainerd.
A report at 11:14 a.m. Friday of a theft of items from a gravel pit on the 6000 block of Wetherbee Road in Brainerd.
A report at 7:44 a.m. Friday of a vehicle theft on Buffalo Creek Circle.
FIRE — A report at 3:28 p.m. Saturday of a garbage bin on fire at McDonalds, 9283 Highway 169, Garrison. The Garrison Fire Department was paged.
BURGLARY — A report at 9:24 a.m. Saturday that a shed on Nesburg Court in Aitkin was broken into.
A report at 7:23 p.m. Friday that a residence on Blue Lane East in Emily was broken into.
A report at 5:27 p.m. Friday that a cabin on North Kenney Lake Lane in Brainerd was broken into.
ASSAULT — A report at 8:32 a.m. Saturday of a fight in the Crow Wing County Jail, 313 Laurel St.

THEFT — Officers at 9:16 p.m. Friday assisted with making contact with a suspect in a theft on the 400 block of Seventh Street Northeast.
A report at 5:08 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of First Street Southeast of a theft involving a juvenile.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 8:28 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious person pointing a pistol down the railroad tracks near the Sixth Street crossing/ Police detained an individual who was found not to be in possession of a firearm.
THEFT — A report at 10:08 a.m. Sept. 17 of license plates and a vehicle jack were stolen on the 200 block of Wisconsin Avenue Southeast. The plates were located on a vehicle in Wadena.
