INFORMATION — A report at 5:43 a.m. Tuesday that the garbage man was arguing with someone and left the garbage in the street on the 14000 block of Franklin Drive. The caller was confused on if it was her day to put garbage out.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 2:52 p.m. Monday that someone dumped a bucket of Drylock on the basement floor and also defecated on the floor at a new construction site on the 14000 block of Cherrywood Drive.
BURGLARY — A report at 11:06 a.m. Monday of someone trying to break in First Baptist Church, 7389 Fairview Road.
THEFT — A report at 12:31 a.m. Tuesday of a theft of a 12-pack of Bud Light beer on South Seventh and Willow Street.
A report at 6:18 p.m. Monday of a theft of construction tools from a work trailer parked on 14th Street Southeast and Norwood Street.
A report at 2:27 p.m. Monday of a theft of $1,100 from pull tab money at the American Legion, 708 Front St.
A report at 10:27 a.m. Monday of a theft of a mini motorcycle on the 1700 block of Norwood Street.
ARRESTS — A 30-year-old man was arrested at 7:56 p.m. Monday on the 1000 block of Southeast 11th Street for domestic assault, a felony as he had two prior qualified domestic related offenses.
A 26-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man were arrested at 3:05 p.m. Monday after a welfare check on South Sixth Street. The woman was arrested for driving under the influence and the man was arrested for fifth-degree possession of controlled substances.
BURGLARY — A report at 7:03 p.m. Monday of a burglary at a residence on the 300 block of Southeast 16th Street.

THEFT — A report at 10:27 a.m. Monday that someone stole two back license plates off two work trucks over the weekend in a parking lot on the 200 block of Lemieur Street.
A report at 6:07 p.m. Sunday of a fire ring stolen from a back yard on the 1200 block of Eighth Street Northeast.
A report at 4:08 p.m. Friday of a theft of lawn ornaments and a Virgin Mary statue on the 500 block of Third Avenue Northwest.
A report at 8:01 p.m. Thursday of a theft of laundry taken from the community laundry machine in an apartment on the 1000 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast.
ASSIST — A report at 10 p.m. Saturday to assist the complainant who had a bat in her residence on the 300 block of Fourth Street Northeast. Officers captured the bat and released it after clearing the scene.
INTOXICATED — At 12:27 a.m. Saturday, officers noticed a female lying on the ground with the passenger door to her vehicle open. The female appeared highly intoxicated and had vomited all over the front of her body. She was able to speak with officers but was unable to move due to her level of intoxication. Gold Cross arrived and transported the female to the hospital.
