INJURY — A 47-year-old Brainerd woman suffered a possible head injury Sunday when she fell and hit her head while kite surfing on Mille Lacs Lake. The woman was taken to Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby where she was treated and then released. The incident was reported at 11:08 a.m.
ASSAULT — The Crow Wing County Jail, 313 Laurel St., Monday reported an assault that occurred in the jail.
Brainerd police
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 2:16 a.m. Tuesday that complainant heard someone on the door step on the 1500 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast. Officers responded and observed a skunk on the steps.
ARREST — A 21-year-old man was arrested at 7:49 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Rosewood Street for felony malicious punishment of a child.
THEFT — A report at 2:40 p.m. Monday of a theft of a wallet while at Liquor Pigz, 718 Laurel St.
A report at 11:07 a.m. Monday of a theft out of a locker at Brainerd High School, 702 South Fifth Street.
DRIVING — A report at 11:07 a.m. Monday of a vehicle that went onto the sidewalk three times and crossed over the center line at least six times on Northwest Fourth Street and Washington Street.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Several reports Monday of cars in the ditch on Riverside Drive and Beaver Dam Road, with one car rolling over and another hitting a power box and telephone pole.

THEFT — A theft was reported at 3:25 p.m. Monday on the 7800 block of Excelsior Road.
Super One Foods, 7895 Excelsior Road, Monday reported a shoplifter entered the store and stole $200 in miscellaneous consumable goods. Unknown suspect.
Crosby police
THEFT — A report Feb. 27 of a wallet stolen from a vehicle on Viola Avenue in Ironton. The next day, officers learned the wallet had been turned into a local business and was given back to victim, minus some items.
A report Saturday of a theft from a motor vehicle parked in the alleyway off of West Main Street.
