Little Falls couple die from gunshot wounds
LITTLE FALLS — The names of the two people, who were found dead this past weekend in a home in Little Falls Township, and how they died was released Monday by the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office.
It was reported that 75-year-old Richard Clarence Lakeman and his 45-year-old wife Cynthia Ann Lakeman died from gunshot wounds. A .38 caliber revolver was recovered in the home.
Morrison County Sheriff Michel Wetzel said authorities are not searching for any suspects and the public is not in danger.
Authorities got a call at 6:06 p.m. Saturday that someone had found the two people dead in their home. The bodies were taken to Ramsey County Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
The case remains under investigation.
