SUSPICIOUS — A report at 4:02 p.m. Sunday of a sports utility vehicle parked in the complainant’s driveway on the 1300 block of South Seventh Street, where a male was sleeping in it. Officers made contact and the subject said he was waiting for a Super Bowl gathering at a friend’s house in the area.
THEFT — A report at 9:23 a.m. Sunday that someone was stealing batteries from Batteries Plus, 923 Washington St., and then returning them for cash.
A report at 5:40 a.m. Friday of a theft of numerous items from an apartment on the 400 block of East River Road.
BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 7:25 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of Holly Street.

THEFT — A report at 1:25 p.m. Sunday of a theft of a cellphone from an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot at WalMart Supercenter, 7295 Glory Road.
A report at 10:26 a.m. Sunday of a theft of prescription medication on the 14000 block of Forest Drive.
ARRESTS — A 23-year-old woman and a 42-year-old woman were arrested at 1:46 a.m. Saturday at Rodeway Inn, 7836 Fairview Road, after a report of a disturbance. The women were arrested for felony drug possession. The younger woman, whose juvenile daughter was placed in emergency care, was also arrested for active warrants.
A 38-year-old man was arrested at 2:42 a.m. Friday for fifth degree possession of a controlled substance and other traffic violations after a traffic stop on Highland Scenic Road and Foley Road.

THEFT — A theft was reported at 2:38 p.m. Saturday on the 10000 block of Robin Street in Brainerd.
ANIMAL — A report at 7:08 p.m. Sunday that his dog got loose and he thinks the neighbor may have shot it on the 40000 block of Little Pine Road in Emily.
BURGLARY — A possible burglary was reported at5:32 p.m. Sunday on the 10000 block of Jurgen Nash Drive in Garrison.

THEFT — A report at 3:03 p.m. Friday of a theft of a camcorder and tripod that were stolen and later located at the pawnshop.
A report at 10:24 a.m. Jan. 29 of a theft of a car stereo from a vehicle.
A report at 6:51 p.m. Jan. 28 of a theft of a stereo from a locked vehicle parked in the owner’s yard.
