SUSPICIOUS — A report at 11:37 p.m. Sunday that there was a vehicle behind a closed business, The Photo Center, 7761 Excelsior Road. Officer made contact with driver who was Dumpster diving and he was advised that he cannot do that without the owners permission.
A report at 6:40 p.m. Saturday of a bicyclist digging through a garbage bin at the bank on Baxter Drive and Highway 210. Again the person was advised to get permission from the owners.

THEFT — A theft and damage to property was reported at 2:08 p.m. Saturday on the 6000 block of Wels Avenue in Brainerd.
A theft was reported at 10:30 a.m. Saturday that someone cut between 20-25 trees off the complainant’s property along Crow Wing County 11 in Crosby and took them.

THEFT — A theft of a radio from a vehicle was reported at 5:02 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Washington Street.
BURGLARY — A report at 6:35 p.m. Sunday of a burglary on the 500 block of First Avenue Northeast.
