Court date reset again in stabbing case

The 39-year-old St. Paul man accused of stabbing another man in a vehicle on Jan. 27, 2011, in Nisswa, will next appear in court on Feb. 11.

Jon Martin Johnson, charged with felony second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon in Crow Wing County District Court, is accused of stabbing Timothy Porter three times while the two were in a vehicle at the intersection of Highway 371 and Crow Wing County Road 13 in Nisswa.

Johnson was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 17, 2012, but the judge rescheduled it to February.
