ASSAULT — Officers received a report Friday that a juvenile male had been sprayed in the eyes with an unknown substance by another juvenile male. Officer is investigating.

SUSPICIOUS —At approximately 2 a.m. Sunday, officer responded to a business on West Main Street and Cross Avenue after receiving a report of an extremely intoxicated, shirtless male was walking on West Main Street.

Officer was unable to locate the male, but then learned a bus had picked him up. While checking the area, officer then noted a female who had fallen and sustained an injury on Cross Avenue. While attempting to assist her and awaiting arrival of medical personnel, “a large, loud crowd, who were yelling various not very nice ‘expletives’ to the officer, had to be advised several times to call it a night.

We understand there was a purple defeat, but why take it out on the men in blue? At least we don’t wear green.”

Officers responded Saturday in the area of Third Street Northwest on a report of a male walking around with a possible rifle. Unable to locate.
