Judge takes matter under advisement
A contested omnibus hearing was held Tuesday in Crow Wing County District Court for a 56-year-old Clear Lake man charged with several drug counts, including possession of 34.3 grams of hallucinogen mushrooms and 16.3 grams of methamphetamine.
Judge David Ten Eyck took the matter under advisement for Dana James McEachern, who was arrested July 18 by the Breezy Point Police Department.
McEachern was charged with felony first-degree sale of 10 grams or more cocaine/heroin/meth within 90 days; second-degree possession of six grams or more of cocaine/heroin/meth; second-degree sale of 10 grams/50 doses of amphetamine, phencyclidine or hallucinogens within 90 days; third-degree possession of 50 or more dosages of narcotic mixture; and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance classified as schedule I, II, III, IV, except a small amount of marijuana.
