Beattie’s next court date set
An omnibus hearing was set for Oct. 16 in Crow Wing County District Court for Risky Business owner Ronald William Beattie Jr. of Baxter, who was charged for the sale of synthetic cannabinoids.
According to the criminal complaint, Beattie allegedly had 79 sale transactions Aug. 9 of “Mean Green” and other synthetic cannabinoids that he was selling out of his Brainerd store on Washington Street.
