DRUG — A report at 9:58 p.m. Monday of people smoking marijuana on the 1200 block of Campus Drive West.
THEFT — Kelly Reith Monday reported theft from her vehicle while parked at Good Samaritan Society- Bethany, 1953 S. Seventh St.
Suzanne Lockwood, 100 block of Buffalo Hills Lane West, Monday reported that someone went through her car and stole her cigarettes.
Madelyn Castillo Monday reported the theft of her cellphone that was last seen at Liquor Pigz, 718 Laurel St.

PEEPING — A report at 9:34 p.m. Friday that there may be a peeping Tom in the area of the 9000 block of Wise Road. Complainant reports finding cigarette butts under one of the windows.
ANIMAL — A report at 4:01 p.m. Saturday that a dog went through the ice in Pequot Lakes. The Ideal Fire Department was paged.
BURGLARY — A report at 4:28 p.m. Sunday that someone had been in the complainant’s brother’s house on the 25000 block of Mail Route Road in Brainerd.
A report at 8:23 a.m. Saturday of a burglary on the 8000 block of Mogensen Shores Road where money and food was missing. It is believed that the suspect slept in the residence.
SHOOTING — Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby Saturday reported that the emergency room had a patient with an accidental gun shot wound.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 10 p.m. Saturday that kids were ringing door bells near the 18000 block of Hartley Drive in Brainerd.
THEFT — David Rocheleau, Hillman, Monday reported the theft of a boat lift.
Wild Rice Depot, 9360 Wild Rice Road, Brainerd, Friday reported a theft.
Freedom Valu Center, 18316 Highway 371, Friday reported the theft of firewood.
GAS LEAK — A gas leak was reported at 7:35 p.m. Sunday in Deerwood.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Joseph Schommer Sunday reported that his fence was damaged on Town Hall Street in Barrows.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — The city of Baxter made a report at 2:07 p.m. Monday that someone used marker to write on door of the pavilion at Whipple Beach, 14441 Oakwood Dr.
DISTURBANCE — Excelsior Place, 14211 Firewood Dr., Monday reported a male yelling at staff after serving eviction papers. Officer spoke with subject and he calmed down. Staff stated he could stay as long as no further problems until eviction deadline of May 1. Staff working with family and social services for other placement.
CITATIONS — A juvenile male was cited Friday for possession of tobacco by a minor and possession of alcohol by a minor after officers observed him smoking a cigarette in the area of Oak Street.
THEFT — A report Thursday of a theft of a cellphone from a business on East Main Street.
ASSAULT — Officers responded to a call March 21 to the parking lot at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center of an assault. The victim walked inside for medical care from injuries incurred during the assault. Fifth-degree assault charges are pending.

THEFT — A report at 6:33 p.m. Sunday of a theft of a washer and dryer from a sober house on Second Street Northeast.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 8:39 p.m. Saturday that the complainant’s driver’s side tires were cut on his vehicle on the 700 block of First Avenue Southeast.
A report at 8:17 p.m. March 20 that someone damaged a tire on the complainant’s mother’s vehicle on the 700 block of Seventh Street Northeast.
A report at 2:31 p.m. March 20 of a vandalism/damage to property on the 100 block of Eighth Avenue Southeast. Caller indicated someone spraypainted a symbol thought to be cult/gang related on the back of one of the convent signs. Upon arrival, officer located the sign and noted a black and white half face showing a Guy Fawkes mask known as a recognized anti-government/religion protest symbol.
INTOXICATED — A report at 12:01 a.m. Saturday of a male subject who was intoxicated and acting disorderly on the 700 block of Sixth Avenue Northwest. The subject stated that he had six shots of Jagermeister. His mother agreed to watch him for the night.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 10:13 p.m. March 19 of a man running around naked on the 1100 block of 11th Street Southwest.
