INTOXICATED —A report at 1:48 a.m. Sunday of a subject running between buildings on the 200 block of Fourth Street Northeast. The subject was stopped by the police and asked why he was running between buildings and he stated that he was trying to beat others to his residence. The subject appeared to be intoxicated and was advised by officers.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Shannon Badger, 300 block of Roosevelt St. S.W., Sunday reported that her neighbors broke a piece of her fence over the weekend. The neighbors agreed to replace it.
TAMPERING — A report at 10:25 a.m. Saturday of mail tampering on the 500 block of Seventh Street Southeast. Complainant stated that someone had gone into her mailbox and opened a letter and then put it back in the box. I checked with the neighbors and they had not seen anything unusual.
ARRESTS — A man was arrested at 4:44 a.m. Saturday for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a report of a suspicious man sleeping in a vehicle in the Lefty’s parking lot, 423 Second Ave. N.E.
A 21-year-old man was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Friday for second-degree DWI.
A 21-year-old man was arrested at 12:56 a.m. Thursday for domestic assault on the 800 block of Second Avenue Northeast.
A 46-year-old man was arrested at 3:03 p.m. March 5 for driving under the influence after a report of a possible intoxicated driver in the car wash at SuperAmerica on U.S. Highway 10.
An 80-year-old man was arrested at 2:56 p.m. Feb. 29 for third-degree DUI after police saw a vehicle in the ditch on Second Avenue and 14th Street.
ASSIST — Police responded to assist at 4:23 p.m. March 6 of a possible fire at the Family Dollar Store, 105 Second Ave. N.W. Upon arrival it was determined that the strong odor in the store was believed to be coming from the sewer.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 5:03 a.m. Monday of individuals throwing eggs at cars on the 1200 block of Oak Street.
A report at 7:56 p.m. Saturday of a car with juveniles were parked in front of Cash Wise Liquor, 513 B St., asking people to buy alcohol for them.
A report at 10:59 a.m. Friday of two individuals sleeping in a blue pick-up on the 1400 block of Maple Street.
INDECENT CONDUCT — A report at 6:25 p.m. Friday of two kids who were pulling their pants down as vehicles passed on Quince Street and 12th Street.
THEFT — Adam Johnson, 800 block Beech Street, Sunday reported the theft of a chrome speed Huffy double back mountain bike.
Kimberly Oscarson, 100 block of First Avenue Northeast, Saturday reported a theft.
A report at 6:17 a.m. Saturday of three juveniles who broke into a vehicle on the 400 block Southeast 14th Street. A portable CD player was taken.
Clinton Headley Friday reported a theft of a GPS and iPod taken from his unlocked vehicle on the 200 block of Birchridge Drive.
Alicia Hagerty, 400 block West College Drive, Friday reported the theft of items from her locked car.
ARRESTS — A 44-year-old man was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of 10th Avenue Northeast on an active warrant.
ARRESTS — A 22-year-old man was arrested at 1:42 p.m. Sunday for second-degree assault and fifth-degree domestic assault in Pillager after a property damage accident was reported.
A juvenile was arrested at 10:20 a.m. Friday after a report of a seventh-grader running from building at Forestview Middle School, 12149 Knollwood Dr.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 7:49 p.m. Saturday of someone shining a laser light in the window and ringing the doorbell on the 11000 block of River Vista Drive.
EGGED — Bobby Magstadt Saturday reported that his and his son’s vehicles were egged while parked in the driveway on the 6000 block of Excelsior Road. Approximately six eggs were thrown.

FIRE — A report at 10:08 p.m. Sunday of a fire on County Road 113 and Imm Drive in rural Brainerd. The Pierz Fire Department was called.
A report at 10:33 p.m. Saturday of the carbon monoxide testers going off on the 30000 block of Highway 6 in Crosby. Crosby Fire Department was paged.
A report at 8:19 p.m. Friday of a possible electrical fire in the living room at the 11000 block of Amber Lane in Merrifield.
THEFT — Todd Maloney Sunday reported that his camping trailer was broken into in Trommald.
Niemeyer’s Rugged River Resort, 10000 block of Stallman Road, Brainerd, Sunday reported items stolen from the recreational vehicle park.
BURGLARY — A report at 8:06 a.m. Saturday of a pole barn that was broken into and portable fish houses were stolen in Garrison.
INFORMATION — A report at 6:13 p.m. Saturday of someone throwing a handful of nails in his driveway and throwing garbage in the ditch on the 20000 block of 273rd Street in Pierz.
ARRESTS — A 27-year-old woman was arrested at 4:47 a.m. Saturday in Mille Lacs County on a Crow Wing County warrant for third-degree DUI.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 6:57 p.m. Friday in Trommald after a report that the complainant’s husband locked her out of the home and threatened to shoot her.
