WATER — David Hilbrich Tuesday reported that a vehicle broke through the ice at 1:11 p.m. at Gooseberry Island and North Eastern Tip. Hilbrich called back at 5 p.m. to report that the vehicle is all the way through the ice. He had made contact with Turner Towing to get the vehicle out.
FIRE — A report at 2:51 a.m. Tuesday of a hay bale on fire at 170th Avenue and 273rd Street in Pierz.
A report at 1:33 a.m. Tuesday of a chimney fire on 23000 block of County Road 1 in Emily.
DISTURBANCE — A report at 8:12 p.m. Tuesday that his landlord pushed him on the 17000 block of Gregory Way, Brainerd.
ARRESTS — A 34-year-old was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Rosewood Street, Brainerd, on a Department of Corrections warrant.
A 23-year-old man was arrested at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday on a probation violation.
A 33-year-old man was arrested at 9:32 a.m. Tuesday in Crosby after a report that a vehicle went in the ditch along Highway 6 and County Road 11.
Two 20-year-old men were arrested at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday after a burglary report by Oak Lawn Town Hall where a shop door was kicked in of a maintenance shop on the 10000 block on Highway 18.

PROWLER — A report at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday that a woman locked a prowler in her pantry at the 700 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast. The report was unfounded.
ARRESTS — A 20-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were arrested at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday at E Street and Second Avenue Northeast for underage consumption of alcohol and fleeing on foot. The 20-year-old also was arrested for possession of alcohol.

OTHER — A report at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday of a snowmobile driving on the ice rink on the 5000 block of Baxter Lions Road. It was reported that the owner of the vehicle lives in the area.
A 42-year-old man was arrested at 3:29 a.m. Tuesday on the 7000 block of Fairview Road for assault.
A 50-year-old woman was arrested at 12:43 a.m. Tuesday on the 7000 block of Highland Scenic Road for driving while intoxicated after a report of a woman wanting to retrieve items from a home.
