Armed robbery at Staples Self Serve
Staples Police Department News Release
On Wednesday, January 25, at 2:35 pm, an armed robbery occurred at the Staples Self Serve. A lone male entered the store brandishing a handgun and demanding money.
The suspect is described a white male in his 20’s or 30’s with a slender to medium build, about 6 feet tall. The suspect was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, dark colored jeans and larger metal rimmed sunglasses. The suspect fled on foot from the store.
A possible suspect vehicle is a blue or brown Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable with North Dakota plates.
