Bank robbed in Alexandria
On December 29, 2011, at approximately 5:30 pm., a bank robbery occurred at the Glenwood State Bank, located at 2221 South Broadway Street, Alexandria Minnesota. The robber approached the bank tellers and demanded cash. The robber held a small hand gun. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled from the bank.
The robber wore a green zip up waist length jacket and a multi colored stocking hat over a dark colored ski mask. He also wore blue jeans, and dark colored gloves. He was a male, appeared to be white, approximately 6’ feet tall, and age unknown.
