Little Falls Police asking for public's help in murder investigation
LITTLE FALLS — The Little Falls Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two items of evidence related to the Dustin Brown homicide investigation.
The items are a gold-colored men’s watch and a black-colored cellular phone with a sliding key pad. The items are believed to be located along Highway 10 between Little Falls and St. Cloud.
Jason Ray Dominguez, 36, Hutchinson, is accused of shooting Brown, 30, seven times at a Little Falls residence Oct. 3 over an argument over money and then started a small fire under the porch of the home in an attempt to destroy the crime scene. He is being charged with felony second-degree intentional murder. However, Little Falls Police chief previously said he anticipated the Morrison County Attorney’s office may call a grand jury to consider an indictment of first-degree murder against Dominguez.
If anyone has information related to these items, please call the Little Falls Police Department at (320) 616-5570.
