NOISE COMPLAINT — A homeowner on the 100 block of Laurel Street at 5:21 a.m. Thursday called in a noise complaint about two-way radios in use. Officers located Brainerd Public Utilities nearby restoring power. The workers needed the equipment to prevent them from being electrocuted.

ROAD HAZARD — At 9:54 p.m. Thursday a report was received of cows in the road on the 13700 block of County Road 10 in Deerwood.
COMPLAINTS — Valley Pool and Spas reported at 5:34 p.m. Thursday that traffic from Brainerd International Raceway was blocking the driveway to the business on Highway 371. This is an ongoing problem, the report said.
An anonymous complaint received at 4:57 p.m. Thursday reported that vehicles were blocking a lane on the 5500 block of Birchdale Road by Gate B at BIR.
THEFT – A report received Thursday of a theft from an unattached garage sometime between Aug. 6-9 on the 4300 block of Gull Lake Dam Road.
Holiday Station in Garrison reported at 1:51 a.m. Thursday the theft of $44.02 in gas.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Three reports were received early Thursday morning from homeowners on Sophies Way and Sweet Road of mailbox damage.

CRASH — A one-vehicle rollover was reported at 3:37 p.m. Thursday on Excelsior Road at Broadmoor Drive. Witnesses said the vehicle crossed the center line, overcorrected and rolled. The driver, Anthony, Roehl, 18, Baxter, and his two female passengers, ages 16 and 17, were reportedly not injured.
