CIVIL — A report at 11:51 p.m. Thursday of a neighbor shining their residence in rural Brainerd.
FRAUD — A report Thursday of a business scamming the complainant’s parents.
ASSAULT — A report at 12:41 p.m. Thursday of an assault by a couple of females in the mine pits in Crosby.
ARREST — A 22-year-old woman was arrested at 12:14 p.m. Thursday in Crosby in connection of a vehicle theft and passing stolen checks and she was charged with fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine.
CHILD — A mail carrier made a report at 8:44 a.m. Thursday of a 3-year-old boy walking down the road in Merrifield.

DISTURBANCE — A report at 11:31 p.m. Thursday of a disturbance at the 1100 block of South Sixth Street over video games.
A report at 1:26 a.m. Friday of a disturbance at Maple Street and Eighth Street.
FIRE — A report at 8:37 p.m. Thursday at the 1500 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast of people burning chairs and garbage. Officers arrived and found a small camp fire.
INTOXICATED — A report at 7:14 p.m. Thursday at the 1000 block of Southest 12th Street of an intoxicated male trying to fight with a neighbor.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report Thursday of an all-terrain vehicle ripping up city property on Thiesse road by a pond.
INDECENT EXPOSURE — A report at 9:30 a.m. Thursday of a male urinating on a trail near West Laurel Street and Highland Scenic Road.
OTHER — The Northeast Fire Station made a report at 7:18 a.m. Thursday of two juvenile males sleeping in sleeping bags behind the warming house in Mill Park.

DISTURBANCE — Responded to a disturbance between roommates at 11:31 p.m. Thursday on the 13000 block of Berrywood Drive. The parties were advised on civil issues and advised to contact their landlord. One party left the premises for the night.
CRASH — A minor crash without injuries was reported at 8:51 a.m. Thursday at Highway 371 and Excelsior Road.
DRUG POSSESSION — Two 17-year-old males were arrested after a parked vehicle was checked at 1:11 a.m. Thursday on the 13100 block of Berrywood Drive. The individuals were issued citations for numerous charges.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A 32-year-old man was arrested Thursday after he was observed tampering with a mailbox on the 14500 block of Edgewood Drive. Another mailbox was damaged on Edgewood Drive and considered possibly related although the officer couldn’t prove it.
