Fifty-year-old man injured when vehicle crashes
LEADER — A 50-year-old northern Minnesota man was injured when the vehicle he was driving ran off Cass County Highway 64, just south of Leader, then hit the ditch and then a tree at 11:02 a.m. Tuesday, reported the Minnesota State Patrol.
Mark A. Syljuberget had to be extricated from the vehicle. The man, who had non-life threatening injuries, was flown to North Memorial by North Air Care from the scene with leg and other injuries.
The state patrol reported that impairment of some type is believed to be a factor. The crash remains under investigation.
