FIGHT — Officers responded to a call of a fight in progress on March 4 at a business on 1st Avenue NW. A 26-year-old Brainerd man was arrested for disorderly conduct.
UNDERAGE TOBACCO — Officers responded to a report of a possible tobacco violation by a juvenile boy on Poplar Street on March 8. Officers issued the boy a citation for tobacco use by a minor.
TRAFFIC STOP — A 27-year-old Crosby woman was arrested for fourth degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on West Main Street.
STUCK VEHICLE — A 23-year-old Alexandria man was arrested March 10 after officers received a report of a vehicle stuck in the snow bank on 3rd Avenue SW and 2nd Street. The man was arrested for fifth degree possession of a controlled substance, fifth degree sale of a controlled substance, fourth degree driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to provide proof of insurance.
THEFT — A person reported the theft of a bank book and driver’s license Tuesday at 4:48 p.m. on Gillis Avenue in Brainerd.
ASSAULT — A person reported an assault at a Brainerd nursing home at 5:50 p.m. Monday.
ARREST — A 21-year-old man was arrested at 3:12 a.m. Wednesday for second degree driving while intoxicated and was cited for second degree refusal, not using a driver’s license, and leaving the scene of an accident in Brainerd.

BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 3:51 p.m. March 9 at a house on Birchdale Road, Brainerd.
THEFT — Report of a purse taken from a vehicle at 9:17 p.m. Monday on the 6000 block of Estate Circle Drive, Brainerd.
THREATS — A person reported getting threatening phone calls from a man at 8:04 p.m. Monday in Garrison.
BURGLARY — A report of a storage shed broken into at 4:32 p.m. Tuesday in Garrison.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Resident reported a bullet hole in their mail box at 2 p.m. Tuesday on County Road 9.
BURGLARY — A report of a garage broken into, but nothing taken at 8:41 a.m. Tuesday on the 20000 block of Raider Circle, Crosby.
