Bi-Cap funding still available

Funding is still available for households in Cass County for help with heating and electric bills. If households have not already applied this heating season, funds are still available to assist households that meet income guidelines. Applications should be submitted as soon as possible. All types of heat are eligible for assistance. Assistance amounts are determined by the number of people that live in the home, the type of heat used, previous year’s heating cost, and the gross income the household has received the three months prior to the date the application is signed.
