LITTLE FALLS — The deadline is approaching for the March 10 Father-Daughter Ball at the Falls Ballroom in Little Falls. Feb. 25, is the last day to purchase tickets to the Father-Daughter Ball which is March 10 at the Falls Ballroom in Little Falls.
Targeting fathers and welcoming daughters of all ages, the Father-Daughter Ball is a night celebrating the important relationship between dads and their girls. The Father Daughter Ball is a formal night of dining, music, dancing, photographs, flowers and a ceremony calling fathers to sign a covenant on behalf of their daughter(s) promising to “live as a man of integrity before God and invest in the heart of (my) daughter(s).”
Gerry Palo (father of three daughters) is the featured speaker who will address and lead fathers in the ceremony. Local DJ (Hot Hits), photographer (Cherish the Moment) and food catered by the Falls Ballroom and dance instructors will help make the night one to remember, organizers said.
“Our original plan did not include a ball every year” stated Kate Bjorge, 2012 event co- chair. “Last year was the first time offering this event, so we really didn’t know what to expect. We were blown away by the level of interest that spiked just a few weeks prior to the event. We sold out and, unfortunately, there were some who were unable to get tickets. If you are interested in participating, don’t wait — get your tickets today!”
Tickets are available for purchase at Coborn’s Superstore, Falls Radio and the Good Book and Gifts store in Little Falls. Deadline to purchase tickets is Feb. 25. Entry to the ball is limited to ticket-holders only.
