PLYMOUTH, Minn. (AP) — A Minnesota woman is recovering after she was trapped in her overturned car on an icy pond.
Authorities say Nancy Breberg, of Centerville, was looking for a hotel in Plymouth when she veered off the road, crashed through a fence and became trapped in her vehicle on the pond.
An officer at the scene told KMSP-TV (http://bit.ly/UjIQu1 ) the ice was breaking around the vehicle when she was found by a bicyclist Saturday, 18 hours after the crash. She was taken to a local hospital and later released.
Officials say the vehicle wasn't visible to passing motorists.

If something looks out of place, like tire tracks into a ditch or skid marks on a roadway, take the time to be a nosy biddy and check it out. This guy could have chosen to ride by without stopping..

Another reason for conceal/carry
I hope the poor sole was armed with here're weaponry. You never know when this might happen. And what good is a shotgun or handgun if assaulted by a wandering group of man or beast? No safety without AR15!
