Brainerd Police officers responded to a call of a despondent adult male at 1:16 p.m. on Friday at the 2100 block of Crestview Lane in south Brainerd.
Brainerd Police Chief Corky McQuiston, in a news release, stated that officers and the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Department arrived in the area and made contact with the male. According to the release, he was cooperative and taken into custody without incident outside of the home. He was transported to a medical facility for evaluation.
Assisting on the incident were the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Department and North Ambulance.
