CROSSLAKE — A special Thursday, Dec. 27, meeting is planned for the Crosslake City Council at 2 p.m. at city hall with a farewell reception for long-time city officials.
The meeting is designed for year-end fund transfers, approval of bills for payment, authorized payment of bills at year-end for retroactive approval in January, approval agreement for prosecution services with Crow Wing County, approval of the Nov. 12, Dec. 3 and Dec. 10 meeting minutes, acceptance of donations and approval of an interim city administrator resolution of understanding. Following the meeting, a farewell reception for council members Dean Swanson and Rusty Taubert along with Tom Swenson, city administrator, is planned from 3 to 5 p.m. A quorum of the council will be present.
