Crow Wing County Attorney Don Ryan will lead the Minnesota County Attorneys Association (MCAA) in the next 12 months. He was elected president at the association’s annual meeting in Bloomington last week.
Ryan was elected to his current post as Crow Wing county attorney in 1994.
“It is an honor and a privilege to serve as MCAA president, and I look forward to working with the MCAA membership on issues important to those we serve in our communities,” Ryan said.
He has served on the MCAA Board of Directors for five years.
The MCAA is the statewide professional association for all elected 87 county attorneys and their assistants (more than 800 attorneys).
