Cass County Sheriff’s next community outreach day planned
PILLAGER — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office’s next “Community Outreach Day” will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 12 at the Sylvan Township Building located at 12956 24th Ave. S.W., in Pillager.
Sheriff Tom Burch and members of the sheriff’s office will be present and residents can come and learn about initiatives within the sheriff’s office.
Applications for a permit to carry a firearm or purchase a firearm, alarm permit applications and event permit applications will be available. Staff from Cass County Health Human and Veteran Services will be on hand, along with the county’s portable “Take It To The Box” prescription drug disposal box. Staff also can assist residents in signing up for our instant emergency notification program “Nixle.”
