Cuyuna Range Women’s Club to meet
CROSBY — The Cuyuna Range Women’s Club will have their Christmas meeting at 1 p.m. Monday in the meeting room of the Jessie F. Hallett Memorial in Crosby. There will be a brief business meeting chaired by president Myrna Nelson.
The program for the day is entitled “Amazingly Easy and Free Stress and Pain Control Secrets.” Certified Stress and Pain Management Educator and Therapist, Kris Hasskamp, will guide you through amazingly easy and fun techniques for “Self Healing & Stress Control.” The Christmas Season is often an extra busy time, especially for women, and learning some self-help remedies would be beneficial for everyone.
To get into the spirit of the season, a Christmas sing-along will be led by Hasskamp.
A special guest at the meeting will be Jack Burch, author of the book “Ghost Burglar.” Jack spoke at the Women’s Club luncheon last May and he sold advance copies of his book to many of those present. Before and after the meeting he will autograph the books of anyone who wishes it and will also have additional copies to purchase.
Following the meeting, refreshments will be served by the committee of Ellen Brandt, Vernice Grgurich and Gloria Stewart.
