Unemployment rates across the region continued to decrease for the third straight month.

■ Mille Lacs — 7.6 %
■ Morrison — 5.5 %
■ Todd — 5.1 %
■ Wadena — 6.8 %
■ State — 5.8 %
■ U.S. — 7.8 %
