CROSBY — The Crosby Police officer who was placed on paid administrative leave Aug. 31 for alleged officer misconduct was identified Thursday by the city of Crosby’s attorney as Sgt. Jesse Smith.
Smith is a 12-year veteran of the police department. Further information about the alleged misconduct has not been released by the city.
The complaint against Smith is being investigated by the Mille Lacs Band Tribal Police Department.
