An Aitkin woman was injured when the car she was driving struck a light pole, vaulted over a driveway access and rolled into a ditch.
Tracy Petry, 42, Aitkin, suffered non life-threatening injuries in the crash. She was the sole occupant in the vehicle and was wearing a seat belt.
Petry was driving west on Highway 210 Wednesday, the state patrol reported. The crash, near the intersection with Cedar Lake Road, was reported at 3:47 p.m.
The Chevrolet Concorde went off the side of the highway, striking the light pole at the intersection. The car then vaulted over the driveway and landed and rolled into the westbound ditch. The car sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Petry was transported to St. Cloud Hospital.
