■ Brainerd man injured in motorcycle crash
A 17-year-old Brainerd male was injured Thursday when the motorcycle he was driving crashed on Riverside Drive and Island Drive, reported the Brainerd Police Department.
It was reported that Andrew Miltimore went to Essentia Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd on his own. The hospital reported that Miltimore was treated and released.
The crash was reported at 1:10 a.m.
■ Little Falls man injured in rear-end crash
An 18-year-old Little Falls man was injured Wednesday when the sports utility vehicle (SUV) he was driving rear ended another vehicle on Highway 371 north of Baxter near the Old Waterfall, reported the Minnesota State Patrol.
The driver, Joseph Chase, was transported to Essentia Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd where he was treated and released.
It was reported that Chase was driving north on Highway 371 when he rear ended another vehicle. He then turned around in the median to travel south, when the SUV ran off the road, striking multiple road signs and then it rolled over onto its roof.
The other driver, Mitchell Dallman, 19, Jenkins, was not injured.
The crash, reported at 9:52 p.m., is under investigation.
