ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) — Authorities have charged a 17-year-old Sauk Rapids boy with murder in the death of a man who was punched in a St. Cloud alley.
The youth was in shackles when he appeared Tuesday before Stearns County District Judge Frank Kundrat. The judge ordered him held pending his next hearing. The St. Cloud Times reports (http://on.sctimes.com/NPnHqX ) that prosecutors are seeking to try him as an adult.
Through his attorney, the 17-year-old said he had nothing to do with the attack on 20-year-old Colton Gleason, of Greenfield, and doesn't know who did.
The complaint alleges the youth was a passenger in a car that was driving down the alley, told the driver to stop, got out and punched Gleason in the face one time, causing him to fall backward and hit his head.

First, it's a "group of people" now it's "a group of youths"... From THAT new news-speak language, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out "whom" did it. This should be regarded as a hate crime. However, we all know the MSM won't touch this story in such a light.
Doubt it
If the roles were reversed, it would have already been charged.
it was a group of thugs, period
this low life scumbag needs to rot in prison...but our liberal judicial system in this state will release him within 2 years.
Sad, sad story. I think its time for an eye for an eye. Time to put fear back into those that commit violent crimes.
