Community Foundation grant deadline is Sept. 15
STAPLES — The Staples Motley Area Community Foundation will accept grant applications until Sept. 15 from organizations within the Staples-Motley School District boundaries that will address one or more of the following areas:
• Strengthening youth and families.
• Improving community appearance.
• Increasing community involvement and leadership.
A limited number of grants are available. The maximum amount awarded is 50 percent of the project cost up to $2,000.
Applicants should submit one original application and one copy to: Staples Motley Are Community Foundation, P.O. Box 101, Staples, MN 56479. The application and grant guidelines are available at www.staplesmotleyfoundation.org.
