The Five Wings Arts Council (FWAC) board is seeking a representative from Todd, Wadena, Cass and Morrison counties for a term beginning Aug. 28th. Volunteer council members meet monthly, except July and December, and serve a maximum of two three-year terms. Each member is reimbursed for meals and mileage associated with Arts Council business.
The Five Wings Arts Council is one of eleven designated regional arts councils which distributes both legislative and private funds to artists and arts organizations throughout the counties of Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd and Wadena. Council members are charged with making recommendations on policies, programs and grants related to the arts within the five county region.
