Crosslake to host meeting on charter school
CROSSLAKE — A public information meeting at the Crosslake Community Center to talk about the history of the Crosslake Charter School, current operations and future plans, which may include building a new school on the Community Center site is planned by the city of Crosslake.
The public is invited to attend this informational meeting to learn more about the Crosslake Charter School and to ask questions relating to the school’s future. This meeting is planned 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Crosslake Community Center, 14126 Daggett Pine Road.
A quorum of the city council, Economic Development Authority and Parks and Recreation/Library Commission may be in attendance at this meeting.
Cravaack staff to conduct mobile offices
Staff members of Rep. Chip Cravaack, R-Minn., will conduct mobile offices in Backus on Thursday and in Onamia on Friday, July 27.
The session in Backus will be from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Backus American Legion at 426 Wren Trail NW. The session in Onamia will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon Friday, July 27 at Onamia City Hall.
