A meeting notice regarding the Lake Shore City Council’s special meeting scheduled Monday incorrectly listed the wrong time in Wednesday’s Dispatch. The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 a.m., not 8:30 p.m. on Monday
Due to incorrect information provided to the Dispatch, the type of court appearance was incorrectly listed in a story on Bradley Lewis in Tuesday’s paper. The judge set Lewis’ sentencing for 10 a.m. Friday in Crow Wing District Court, not an omnibus hearing for July 30.
In a Page 3A story Wednesday about the Brainerd Area Civic Center, the story should have clarified the Brainerd Amateur Hockey Association’s (BAHA) relationship to a loan. When BAHA took over management and maintenance of the civic center it assumed payments on a loan from the general fund to improve the center. It wasn’t a direct loan to BAHA but is part of the management contract.
The Dispatch regrets the errors.
