Sex offender notification meeting set June 28 in Jenkins
PEQUOT LAKES — The Pequot Lakes Police Department will host a Level 3 sex offender community notification meeting June 28 at the Jenkins City Hall.
The meeting will be on level 3 sex offender Dennis Anthony Lee, who will be moving into rural Jenkins Township in Crow Wing County on July 20. Pequot Lakes Police Chief Eric Klang said that Lee has a history of engaging in sexual contact with victims who were female, ages 6-20. Contact included fondling and penetration. Lee was known to all of his victims.
The meeting also will be hosted by the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
This offender is not wanted by the police and has served the sentence imposed on him by the court.
