Mundem’s next court hearing set
A 46-year-old Nisswa area man charged March 21 in Crow Wing County District Court with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and third-degree assault with substantial to cause bodily harm and one count of domestic assault appeared in court Tuesday.
Judge David Ten Eyck set Mark Anthony Mundem’s next omnibus hearing for Aug. 21.
Mundem — who is accused of causing head, jaw, arms and rib area injuries to his wife — was arrested at his residence located on County Road 13, near Nisswa following a report of a physical domestic. When Crow Wing County sheriff’s deputies entered the home they saw the man in possession of a hand gun.
