King Robert has Ruled!
wow, fnb
You must have a lot of clout at the paper to write a post attempting to identify someone and then gain points for doing so!
"King ROBERT has ruled." Seems I have seen this before. Hmm...methinks someone doth protest too much.
I didn't attempt any such
thing. Now you just tried me unjustly and should be punished for your false accusation!
Do you know
someone named Robert?
ey
While you may be right, technically, and assuming that they may have been at a safe distance; I would think that human reaction played a role in this tradgedy. Seeing a motorist hit by a deer, and falling in front of you may have been a shock not easily recovered from. Regardless, I feel sorry for all involved.
Tragic
This is so heartbreaking for everyone involved. I couldn't imagine how it must feel to have been the other drivers that were unable to avoid him. Since we weren't there, there is no sense judging how far between vehicles there was and placing blame, but it is a good reminder to stay back!
tail gating
I ride motorcycles. It get tail gated by idiots texting!!! I can stop my 700lb vehicle a lot faster than you can stop your 1.5 ton vehicle. And if there is a deer running toward me, I'm a lot more motivated to stop than you are. I may avoid the accident in front of me only to have the numbskull behind ram me anyway. The only way, under current law, that the numbskull behind me will face any penalty at all is if they were drunk. Sober drivers kill more motorists than drunk drivers do every year. (these fatalities are called Accidents, but I'm no less dead so I don't really care) When will Minnesota figure out that killing another motorist ought to be illegal either way. Put the dam phone (cheese burger, map, book, mascara, etc) down!!! You're driving, so drive or stay home.
It hasn't been proven
that they were tailgating yet. How about you rein in your lynch mob until the investgation is complete? If I was a gospel singing man I'd probably be just a tad less judgemental until the facts are all out.
