More soldiers will return home to Brainerd Sunday, April 22, after supporting the final phase of the Iraq War during Operation New Dawn.
Soldiers from the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division, are tentatively scheduled to arrive at the Brainerd Armory at 2:45 p.m. Sunday, April 22. National Guard officials said the arrival time is subject to change.
Members of the public are invited to attend the initial reunions at the armories for these soldiers.
