Good Samaritan Society – Brainerd is offering a “how-to” real estate series designed specifically for seniors and their families.
At a time when many seniors are looking for ways to downsize, selling their home is just one option. The real estate series will examine the local housing market, options for renting out a home, and ideas for staging a home to sell.
